Not happy... Smeets overfilled my C63 with oil during the mandatory service (service A with Plus-Pakket), in Maastricht in May. Now they also overfilled my company car (a GLC 300) in Heerlen in October. I got my windshield on my C63 changed also in October and I paid my "eigen risico" of 500 Euros on the spot with my credit card nevertheless they still write me a "Betalingsherinnering" for it and upon my call back I am told to send a copy of my receipt. That is not an experience I expect.

The salesperson was not interested about us and at the end refused to work with us as it had already taken 45min me asking questions. We wanted to have a new MB and we were "forced" to get it from here as it was the only one available in the country at that point. Service we get done in Maastricht filial as people are more friendly there. Because of all this the next car we will get this year will not be from Smeets even we are really happy with the MB brand.
