We have used Rotor for our older model Honda CRV since 2017 and found they are prompt, friendly and very helpful. Recently, I needed sensors in my tires and though they were unable to do the job- they did not charge anything to figure that out. They also gave us the name of a tire place close by that might be able to help. I call that excellent business!!! So grateful

The Customer service is excellent, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.They managed to get my car through the APK with only three days left on my current one, even though they were completely fully booked.Excellent service.
