Super service!!
My trunk was broken and they were able to help me immediately. They replaced the lock and contributed ideas. Very friendly and good service that I will definitely go back to!

With cleaning. That's some kind of spray they spray in the air ducts.
After that you have to let the car air for a while because of the chemicals.
Well there was only 1 man (Frank) in the shop when I brought my car. After about half an hour everything was ready.
I immediately fully tested my air conditioning and it did well again. Only during the ride I got breathing problems and throat irritation.
When I got home I got a spontaneous nosebleed.
The car quickly frayed and despite the fact that Mr. said that he had vented the car, that was clearly NOT the case! I looked up everything about this spray and it is important to air the car for a while. When I said how bad I felt and I wanted to write a letter about this incident, he offered to do an ionization so that all the odors would disappear.
When I asked if it is free of charge, he said 'unfortunately yes'. You don't deal with customers that way either, it seemed unprofessional to me.
After the ionization I thought to get a fresh car back. (Incidentally, the chemical vapor from that spray had been out of my car for a long time because I vented my car myself with the windows open for fifteen minutes that same day).
But that smell afterwards was anything but fresh! I haven't been told anything about it either.
I'm definitely not going back here.
We have been there for the air conditioning maintenance turn of the car.
