A year ago I bought a second hand Volkswagen Polo from this company. After a number of annoying recurring problems and repairs that I had to have done, and was very unhappy with the fact that the problems had not been resolved, the owner of the business contacted me in his spare time. He clearly wants to sell good cars and customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company. That is why after my complaints he contacted me and offered to fix the problems that still exist for me free of charge. I brought my car on Wednesday, May 30, and after an hour and a half of waiting, the problem was unfortunately not yet solved and that is why a free loan car has been made available for me. It would take a day longer. They have regained my trust so far and I am happy that Horsmans wants to solve it for me in this way. On Thursday, May 31, the car was picked up again and the problems now seem to have been resolved. No costs were charged for the repair and the loan car, even though the total bill would come to € 230. Totally great as the service was provided and I am therefore very satisfied with the service. If I maybe next year to look at another car, I will first go back to Horsmans to have a look there. Totally top people !! *****

What a super service👌 I was unlucky with the car and called at 21:50. They were there within less than 20 minutes. Have the car towed. The other day I come to pick him up for a very nice repair price ... highly recommended

Recently at Mr. Horsmans bought a beautiful Mini Cooper with few kilometers for a competitive price. Easily helped and neatly advised, two new front tires and new MOT included in the price. Only one key was present at the time of purchase, but Mr. Horsmans quickly provided a second key. It's fine doing business with Mr. Horsmans. So five stars and kudos to Horsmans Auto!

What an acorns, made agreements do not come after. Wait continuously while you have an appointment. All klaplopers there, their customer services is, just like their offer, really lousy !!! His word has absolutely no value, he does not come after.
