They do not stick to the agreements here, and if you call about them being blunt, then they do not know what it is about, then you will not get a normal answer and they get the hook! If you call again, just to ask the boss they just don't answer anymore! Very customer friendly, but not really. I myself will never want to use this case again. Also, after 2 days, half of the forest was no longer good 🤔
