We bought an e-bike and bike rack from Itek 1 year ago and have always had a good experience with their service. A few months after the purchase, my wife's bike had some worn pedal cranks which Itek replaced no questions asked! A few months after that her seat broke (it was her fault) and they helped us replace it as well free of charge. The staff is very friendly and have always treated us well. We have recommended Itek to friends and they seem to have had good experiences.
Bought a new bike at Itek Heerlen.
Need a new rear tire after 2 months. Luggage carrier broken off, rim broken and broken off as standard. Only received a text message after 2 1/2 weeks with a statement of costs. Do not have it repaired. Once but never again. What bad service!
Bizarre bad service and problems with this company for the 2nd time. Bicycle of over 1000 € broken after more than 2 months, borrowed bicycle broken and unable to help a customer.
Service from this company is bad. Bought 2 bikes here now and nothing but problems. Customer service is unable to find a solution. Customers are worth nothing here.
I bought a bike here today. I was helped very well by a patient elderly gentleman. I was allowed to take a test drive. And he explained a few things about the bikes.
When my bike was put in order I walked around the store.
The store was neatly tidy, they had all sorts of things, animal food, fitness equipment, garden furniture, etc. Definitely worth a visit.
My bike rides fine. Am satisfied. The guy who took care of my bike was also neat and friendly. (the other staff too, by the way.)
