The service is really bad, they have rings on display you can't even buy. The information about the return policy was just dead wrong and the staff could be a bit nicer and more polite. Never going there again!

As in the reviews to me: very unfriendly staff member in Heerlen (don't know who). From the advice of the customer service, who were friendly by the way, I had to return my piercing in the store because it had been broken for 3 days. Called Heerlen to inform them about this and to ask when I can come by. Lady on the phone quite unfriendly and would not let us finish, intervened. You should do especially with customers! When she kept busy I got angry and hung them up. I have regularly had problems with the lady in Heerlen, she never knows anything and you always have to figure it out yourself. If it was my shop, I would have fired her long ago! Especially after so many complaints as I read here. Last time I bought something from Lucardi! Rather go to a store where they do have decent staff!

Older lady with black hair up and too much make-up is really unfriendly. I don't know for what you do from the top girl. On the internet it is clear that you shorten watches, and I have done it more often with you before, and now suddenly it is said we only shorten watches if you bought them from here, very special. Oh yeah she was also talking to dr colleague for 10 minutes while I was at the till bah bah and then still be irritated. I would say find another job as all the bad reviews are about you. You really are. I'm disgusted with people like you. Many people around me already said that a witch worked, now I understand who they mean. You are absolutely nothing girl, do not feel high old woman, you just work at the lucardi. 🤣🤣
