Want to pick up the package from DHL that has been there for a few days. The owner does not find it at first, claims it is not there and I have to contact DHL.
Contacted DHL. DHL came to the conclusion that it is in said store.
Again after the store and said what DHL said.
Suddenly the package could be found.
Instead of an apology just unprofessional and unfriendly behavior and a "Do you know how many packages are here, I have multiple service points?" and "Then have it delivered elsewhere."
after difficult start, she is doing great, keep it up xx
Very nice staff who personally help you make a choice, got a birthday present for my mom super beautiful! I am very satisfied.
