Chem-Dry Tapiclean BV

We had our gravel floor cleaned in June. My friend and I had asked the employee after cleaning when the furniture could be placed back. The employee clearly indicated that after a few hours the furniture could be replaced. We then waited a day and a half. Afterwards we saw that the floor was clean, but that there were suddenly white spots in the floor where the furniture was placed. I immediately contacted the company and also sent photos of the stains to the company by email. The company has kept us on the line for months and the owner has helped us very badly and spoke unfriendly. He indicated that he was not there when the employee gave the instructions and the error was ours. Each time the owner made empty promises that he did not keep and each time came up with a different excuse to get out of it and stall time. I kept calling because I wanted it fixed and the stains out of our floor. The owner became more and more unfriendly and responded more and more disrespectfully and even said that we threatened him while we stayed tidy and wanted our complaint resolved. After 3 months he finally came up with a "solution" after making many phone calls. He suggested sending someone over who could treat the stains with a cleanser, but on our responsibility, without guarantee, and that we would take the blame. I called the gentleman again and said that the fault lies with the employee who gave the wrong instructions and we have nothing done without warranty since it went wrong last time. I and then suggested that we want to get back 25% of the amount we paid as the site does not say “good money back guarantee”. Mister did not agree with this and wanted to get out of the money back guarantee. I do not recommend anyone to have their floor or furniture cleaned at this company because if something goes wrong, you will not get a refund and they will keep you on the line for months and do not solve it. The employee gives instructions that are wrong, which can cause problems and clearly has too little knowledge.

We called chem dry at the end of July for information about cleaning a floor rug. Finally, on the advice of the company, have the carpet scheduled for cleaning. Everything went well until we got the carpet back. There is damage to the carpet at the back (not the biggest problem) and the carpet smells enormously which it did not do beforehand. Mail sent to chem dry to discuss and find a solution. Since the end of July I have received 1 email back stating what they have done and that it has been cleaned. In the meantime, 3 mails further and about 6 or 7 times by telephone I have still not been called back, no solution or alternative has been devised and I have not heard from the company again. Furthermore, they cannot view anything at the customer service, transfer them to no one and also give no further advice except "you will be called back and urgent on it" which then does not happen. Ridiculous service from this company and certainly not to be recommended.

Made an appointment. Would arrive between 12 and 2 pm ... first mail, then at 11:55 am second mail. Finally waited 2 hours, no sound and no one seen. Something like that does not bode well, at least no service. After a phone call from Eindhoven via Heerlen called back ... the employee was on the way was said. Unfortunately, it is no longer necessary, I also have my obligations elsewhere. Now found someone else who promises to be on time. Too bad Tapiclean BV

Very professional advice. I had circles in my car upholstery and got very good advice. Stain extinguisher Pro bought for a reasonable price and the circles and stains are gone. Super thanks for the top service!
