Real amateurs. Ordered a name tag for a tree 2 months ago. Ordered an equivalent plate a few months later. When ordering, show the photo which was delivered first. Now nameplate comes with holes on side. Rather a flat hole at the top to screw on. Had to pay for the picture (> Eur 30) because this was standard. If only you had to drill an extra hole (3 holes in the picture instead of 1 as requested). For me amateurish behavior and certainly not customer friendly. For me the first time and the last time I order a nameplate here. So rate this company very low. Not open to reason and cannot empathize with customer.
Shoes perfectly repaired.
