Normally I order everything on-line, but on the Gall & Gall website it is recommended to go to the shop as the crowds cannot guarantee that packages will arrive before Christmas. Wanted 3 times today, shop always closed for refills. The last 2x no one was present in the store. I could not be told at the service desk of the AH how long it was going to take. What kind of entrepreneur are you if your store closes completely for at least an hour on prime time on Saturday?
