What scammers 30 kg kvv food ordered and paid for on 25 Nov 2020 NO delivery so sent an email twice to which we received a response You have not ordered from us for a year, so now you think you can take advantage of our offer you must check your account, the amount has been refunded Well the amount has NOT been refunded We will therefore take further steps See the email this company has sent us on twitter and Facebook has also been reported to bol. Com and marketplace DO NOT ORDER AT SPECIMAL As you can see look what kind of company see reaction ha ha ha

What an arrogant organization. Order placed (under 20kg) could still order. That is very strange if their conditions indicate that at least 20 kg must be ordered with frozen food. Order canceled by specimal. Inquiry revealed that too little had been ordered. Indicated that it might be useful to not be able to place the order and to be unable to make the payments. You get the answer: is stated on the website, front page website and you do not read the conditions ?! Very customer friendly (not)

Good and fast delivery .. Backorder a small problem but they had quickly resolved that. Next time I will order again for the dogs .. They love it.
