What an arrogant organization. Order placed (under 20kg) could still order. That is very strange if their conditions indicate that at least 20 kg must be ordered with frozen food. Order canceled by specimal. Inquiry revealed that too little had been ordered. Indicated that it might be useful to not be able to place the order and to be unable to make the payments. Good and fast delivery .. Backorder a small problem but they had quickly resolved that. Next time I will order again for the dogs .. They love it.
