Disastrous worthless! Extra painful because Heerlen Center is emptying and the service provided here certainly contributes to this. Especially the older lady, unfortunately she has been walking around there for some time (you didn't want to be here for corona either) I suspect that she has escaped from a witch book. I think she's the boss / manager, otherwise she would have flown out long ago!

Really unfriendly and unhelpful. Why have a PostNl point if you clearly don't feel like it?

Today I walked in at 5:35 PM and was immediately sent away by an elderly employee, who was just counting money from the till and took one quick look at me, with some mumbling in a very unfriendly tone “yes that's really not possible ”. Before I could read that the postnl point was closed between 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM. Very unfortunate this.
