Think 3 times before visiting this store! Saturday, December 5, I bought new shoes from clic for my 4 year old daughter ... At her own insistence, her feet were measured and the right size was selected. Unfortunately, this is not standard here. Today she was allowed to wear the shoes to school and with a lot of crying she said that they really hurt and she didn't want to wear them. I took only an hour's leave to return the shoes. But Mr. Maas was suddenly not so friendly anymore .. He even went so wild that the other customers did not know how quickly they had to leave the store! My 4-year-old daughter should not adopt and persevere! The fact that a shoe seller is not a remedial educationalist needs no further explanation. There was no other pair in the same size, I got nowhere near a refund and with a lot of effort I was able to get a voucher. The fact that his website says something else is just for show, because as Mr. Maas himself said, he determined his own rules! That Mr. Maas does not care about the legislation, he clearly communicates by wearing a plastic mouth mask, which has been banned since 1 December last. All in all, a very unpleasant and precious experience! In addition, it is very disappointing that all promotions of the municipality of Heerlen #koop are apparently not appreciated locally!
