Nice shop with very friendly staff. We regularly get children's shoes here. Last year I bought a pair of Rieker men's slippers. Due to a production error, that slipper died within a year. After contacting Nelson online, went back to the Heerlen case. Immediately received new. Top!

we have been helped this afternoon by a super friendly and helpful lady. After being talked to in a rather not so friendly manner in another store, it was a huge relief. Nice business with a very nice extensive range. We will certainly come back here

Good morning yesterday received super service, I had ordered shoes via the internet from BOBS (I advise to pack a size smaller each) these were too big, the seller in the Nelson branch in Heerlen was kind enough to exchange them for me and because it was not my size was in stock, he ordered them online to have them delivered at home. Got it today and these fit exactly!
