I had to return a few product because my partner bought them physically in the store and i did online. Their online service is the worst service i got in my entire life. They claim i returned lesa products when its absolutely not true, they open two cases about my return with different return references whivh make it confusing even for themselves , they didnt know what i wanted to return despite me registering the list online, if i dont follow the return instructions i get none, my case was closed when the return and the money was not given back.....a total dissaster. I hope the money you are keeping for the product I did return but you say its not can be used to get you a better coffee machine to keep you awake in the job you do so no more customers are played around like i was.

Beurs has a wide range of car parts in stock, and offers off the shelf tools and other garage equipment. Also have barbecues and outdoor living supplies. Friendly staff and well organized. For me, this is the place to go whenever I need something that regular shops don't have.

I ordered 4 tents, they promised me DHL would contact me to set an appointment. Not only DHL never called, but when I told Heuts they gave me a phone number and let me deal with it on my own, what a customer service ! The only problem is that DHL doesn't answer and obviously Heuts does not care at all... So if you don't care about the date of delivery and doing everything by yourself, pick Heuts !

Still got a lot of fluids and oils in stock, staff is not really helpful, just doing their job.

I'm a big fan of this company! They work modern and customer-friendly! My huge thanks is, first of all, to Marten from the Customer Support! He've helped me with a problem even > 1 year after my purchase (of a garden-bench!) Viktor M. (from Hamburg, Germany)
