This hotel was a one-night sleep stop for us. We have traveled together with our toddler which the reception have forgotten about.. The hotel itself is quite old and need some renovation, apart from it it is not well maintained - sketched and dirty walls, paint coming down on a doors and windows, electricity outlets are not closed well, our daughter have found one hole with all the wires out, which is so dangerous. The service from the people here was also not welcoming... in general I'm happy we stayed only one night and we will never come back here...

Comfortable rooms, friendly service and great location. Nice bar with outdoor seating.

Small noisy room, we could hear everything in the hallway. The hotel did not offer simple drugstore items for the guest which was a bummer.

We planned to stay at Fletcher hotel for a weekend trip. We called to ask if a late check-in would be possible. We where reassured this was not a problem, though at arriving there was nobody to let us in. We stood outside in the snow for half an hour, called several times but no reaction. We where forced to go back home.. so much for a quick get-away. When I called the next day they where not very helpful at first. Only after I talked to the manager they admit there had been a mistake and we got a high tea to compensate. not a great experience here.
