It's a rather outdated establishment. The services and physical environment provided to the guests aren't bad, but they are by no means great. The beds were not very comfortable, but breakfast was good!

First and last time. This has to be one of the poorest rooms I ever had. My closets in my house have more ambiance than this. This calls it self a 4 star hotel and has rooms like this. Seriously, I really feel stolen. See the pictures and decide yourself. I even had not the space to get a whole picture of the room, so little was it. I was in Valkenburg there for Business. Due to traffic I was late and had to go straight to the (business) dinner. After such dinner, only thing you want to do is Sleep. I reported my satisfaction the next morning at the check-out. And got a 10% discount coupon. This doesn't change my mind about the negative money for value of this room has.

Beautiful Classic Hotel. Also modern and elegant. We had a huge Room. The Pool and spa area is really nice and clean. Breakfast Buffet is is fantastic.
