At Maastricht on the A2 in a rain shower the windshield wipers of our fairly new motorhome Dethleffs did not work in their entirety. In the service booklet we have looked up the closest Fiat garage, this was Biermans in Berg en Terblijt. When we arrived there, the garage manager told us in a very unfriendly manner that he had no time, did not want to take a look, there was no talking about it. We just had to leave the camper and come back the next day. We then called the ANWB who after a waiting time of only 15 minutes had solved the problem in 1 minute (plug loose). Our appreciation for Biermans is far below zero, especially when it is considered that you knock on the official Fiat garage, bad, bad, bad !!! It may also be mentioned that the ANWB employee was very friendly, helpful and humorous Otto Smit.
