They were two days late with the delivery although the flowers were supposed to be delivered on an specified date (not to mention that I stayed home all day and no one showed up). The next day when I called them I was told that I could either go pick them up myself (while I had been charged already for the delivery) or I would need to wait another day. The next day I stayed home again the whole day and finally the delivered them at 19:00 in the evening. Flowers were not fresh at all and the bouquet was a disaster. I opened it and tried to make something nice out of it but didn’t help much. Such a disappointment to pay this much money for this service!!!!!

Have a beautiful bouquet put together. Good quality has been around for a long time. Was more than worth the money
