Unfortunately, Linda Mode has just lost a customer. On Monday, October 28, I bought super cool shoes that I am very happy with! Only last week unfortunately all my lace tore where I really bale. I reported Linda Mode with my complaint and asked if they could do anything for me. Unfortunately they could not do anything for me and they referred me to the action to buy laces there. It is a quality complaint and the consumer right is that you are entitled to a valid product for 6 months. I explained this to Linda Mode and their answer was "Unfortunately". I have hardly worn the shoes and I find it strange that nothing is done with this. I didn't expect anything from them.
