Everytime we eat here we know we get the best quality and real Spanish dishes. Last time we had bad luck as many items were sold out. Prices are higher than average restaurants, mainly because you need to order everything! A 25 €meat comes without side dishes.

An evening to remember. During a few days in South Limburg we looked for something to eat at the last minute, in order to avoid the pizza for bed. A warm welcome to Fuentes Real was our part. A very nice Spanish family restaurant outside the hustle and bustle of Valkenburg. An experience that we will not soon forget. “Look at the map and tell me what you don't want, then I'll get to work”, the owner explained with a broad smile. She said so done. How surprised we were, fantastic tapas / dishes in a very relaxed atmosphere at this family business. Have you ever tasted scallop tartare with blueberry ice cream ?! Wow! There is no need to hurry, certainly enjoy! Take your time and let yourself be surprised

Had to wait a very long time for the service. Then had to wait a long time for a beer and a glass of wine. The drinks were halfway through before the ordered cheese board was added. It was evening, but there was no candle or lamp on the table outside. And the table was wet from a rain shower, but the table was not dried. The bill was a shock: 30 euros for a glass of white wine, a small lager and a few thin slices of cheese. We will definitely skip this place next time.

We have reserved a table for 3 people on Wednesday due to a birthday. At 6:30 PM we were in the restaurant and at 8:45 PM we get main course but for 2 people and at 9:30 PM we hear that sorry what did you order for 3rd person we have not and meat is finished do you want to order something else? !! so we have paid a bill of € 237 for 2 persons main course and 3 persons starter. I really wouldn't recommend that.
