No ear for the customer. After expressing complaints after I had received a good reading, I was told that if I could not be satisfied, then I should stay away. I was not satisfied, not about the lessons and even less about the authoritarian attitude of the teacher. I can no longer attend classes, but I still have nine credits for which I have not received the tuition fee back.
