Did not stay here. But leaving a review because the staff here helped me out while I was walking on the Pieterpad. There was no place in town open early for lunch on New Year’s Day, and though the hotel’s kitchen wasn’t open, the staff let me come in to rest and served coffee. From what I could see, the lounge is big enough for two groups / families to hang out it. The breakfast hall and the restaurant were nicely decorated and kept clean. Not sure about the rooms, but at least the staff were courteous, helpful, and generous.

Staff was really nice. Breakfast was above average for Europe. Parking not an issue. Room was outdated but met it's purpose. Issues, if a hotel has a very difficult staircase to navigate for anyone with the slightest physical limitations or a pet accompanying them, you can't shut the elevator off at night. I could not imagine trying to get out of the hotel at night during an emergency with a child or pet.

Rooms are very outdated, beds are uncomfortable, breakfast is subpar to say the least (don't even have a coffee machine, just premade jugs, cooked food is not made well). Staff is sometimes friendly sometimes rude. Parking is limited and very tight.

Nice Hotel let down when we arrived as nowhere to eat..

This hotel is ideally located for a visit to Valkenburg or any other nearby city. The room we had was extremely small and didn't have a properly equipped bathroom. (Although other rooms seemed fine). The building is somewhat older and housed too many spiders for my taste. The hotel staff was very friendly and dogs are welcome (albeit for a surcharge of €10/day, while your visit is charged per night??) The breakfast was very nice.
