Just next door to the Gementeegrot, very handy if you visit during the christmas market season. Located at the city center, many restaurants nearby and close to other attractions such as the castle ruin. Rooms are a B&B standard, reception close at 8 pm but you can go through the side door with your key. I vote for four stars because of the owner's friendliness and the beautiful, rustic breakfast room.

Very bad person, I award her one of the most cheapo 3rd class lady who dosent have respect for the guests who gave business . please dont stay in this kind of cheap/ dirty place . In the freezing winters this cheap women close the heat. Bad person . 😡😡😤😤🤧🤮

We stayed 2 nights in the B&B and after reading the reviews we thought this would be fine. However, our expectations did not come true and are therefore unsatisfied. Dingy room, everything very dated. That way we could shower in a shower cabin with a curtain. Sink that does not run through and pungent piss smell. Moreover, noisy so spend the night on the Cauberg where everyone drives up at high speed until deep into the night is suddenly a lot less romantic. Not really a quiet night so. When reporting to the owner, the following comment was made: "do have earplugs for you and yes you should not pay attention. There was an unpleasant atmosphere and the complaint was dismissed as much as possible. Sunday morning we had to leave early, when inquiring it turned out to be impossible to have breakfast earlier than half past eight, solution from the owner: We were allowed to grab some sandwiches and drink a packet the morning before. In short, a disappointing stay in a location where you are technically and based on price. the reviews really could have expected more.

Room is not clean, there is a lot of dust and the cobwebs are hanging from the curtains and in the bathroom. There was also a dead spider on our bed! For breakfast you pay quite a lot for the choice you have. Breakfast buffet consists of 2 types of bread, buns and rusk. There are 2 types of cold cuts and 1 type of cheese, sweets for bread, boiled egg, yoghurt tubs and muesli. No parking available, next to the building a narrow alley where you can park your car for 10 euros per day. Ridiculous! If it is full, you have to put your car in the parking garage (10 euros per day, so for 1 night you will lose 20 euros). Hostess has multiple faces. Very friendly and interested to one guest. She keeps silent to other guests or adopts a very unfriendly tone and cannot get rid of a smile.
