We made a reservation and woke up early in the morning only to find a closed store... So we can't recommend!

Very excellent service, they were very accommodating with being pickup and drop-offs, they allowed me to pick up our bikes at the Maastricht location and drop them off after hours in Valkenburg at a hotel with no issues whatsoever. The bikes themselves were also the most excellent MTB rentals I've had the pleasure of riding, they were expertly set-up and rode incredibly smoothly. The only issue we encountered were the saddles, which were very uncomfortable for long periods of riding, even after I set up their angle, height and setback to our measurements. In all, if I return to Zuid-Limburg, I will definitely be renting from here again.

Very neat service! Luggage carrier was broken down 1km away, employee came to pick up the bike and immediately repaired it!

After we reserved two electric bicycles at 9.12, we got the message that they would be ready for us. However, upon pick up at 10.00 we were told that we had received an email immediately after booking stating that they were not available. We were told this again by email the next day. That was not the case, only the confirmation we received that particular morning. An apology for the malfunctioning reservation system would have been in place but it remained silent.

2 scooters rented through the website. Although it is stated that this will be confirmed by email, this does not happen (not even in spam box). Since we had to travel a bit, we contacted by phone to make sure that the reservation was successful. Called at least 8 (!) Calls, but company is not available. Either answering machine, or the connection is immediately disconnected. Still traveled to Valkenburg. The employee said, yes the order has been received. No further explanation ... But ... they had not processed this as a reservation. In short, the company is very difficult to reach, provides unclear information, and has therefore traveled to Valkenburg for nothing. I have never given a 1 star review, this one is really in place ..!
