I have booked for long distance. Everything is perfect

We booked two taxis for 10 people (normal cab and large van) and even called to confirm the reservation. But just one small cab turned up, so we had to wait 30 minutes in the cold for the other cab to arrive. Upon complaint there was no email reply and no offer / discount or apology. Would not recommend!

I had called their exchange for transport from Martini Hospital to my home address; the taxi arrived within 10 minutes instead of 15 minutes. It was a very friendly driver with whom I was allowed to sit in the front because of my new hip and my son in the back, of course both with our masks on. The ride cost me just under € 10, so they are also very affordable.

Easy to book through their website, pay in advance for a fair price, so no surprises when you arrive at your destination. Ideal!
