Wonderfully quiet campsite on the Leekstermeer in the head of Drenthe. Relaxed atmosphere, great pavilion with the most beautiful sunsets and the friendliest and helpful service. Also delicious on a cold winter day: inside is a wood stove and the hot chocolate (with homemade cake?) Is not to be missed :)

Last eaten in the pavilion on the beautiful lake capuccino with homemade monchou pie. That was another cake than the moderate pies from the freezer of the Sligro, where the Dutch hospitality industry usually treats its guests comfortably :-P When I asked the manager after tasting its delicious pastries made a marriage proposal, he turned it down. :-( That will be another thing :-D More of those delicious cakes !!!! Veeeeeeeel more!
