Very unfortunate that I had to hear through Ford Netherlands that Ford Bolhuis does not want to call me because I wrote a bad review here. am very disappointed with this. that we can't fix this so I can write a positive review. Unfortunately it is no different and I maintain that this is a very unprofessional garage, and does not think in solutions but gets stuck in problems. This could certainly have been resolved if you had contacted me. This afternoon with my Ford focus with factory warranty gone with a malfunction with the sync 3 system. they did not want to help me because the car was not bought from them. Very bad experience now, since I bought a half year old car here 5 years ago. incomprehensible this and poor service.

Last week received the latest Ford Explorer. Unfortunately a little later due to the Corona crisis, but always well informed and informed about the state of affairs. We listened carefully to our wishes and they picked up and processed this properly. The car has been delivered completely according to your wishes and we have received a truly unique copy. Always nice and friendly staff who think along with you !!

I bought a nice Ford Fiesta at Ford Auto Bolhuis a few weeks ago, neat garage and excellent service completely satisfied.
