The disadvantage of living in a construction site is all work traffic. For example, a truck crashed into our car a few weeks ago. We then immediately took the car to a bodyshop. They had no place right for a complete recovery, but they did some emergency repairs first so that we could be on the road the same day. Also nice that we could use a loan car. Today we could pick up the car. As good as new, and polished. Really very satisfied, thanks Buist Autoschade!

It has been years back, but at this company I will never have my car repaired. Just inhuman how I was treated for years ago, as a customer you can forget the guarantee. Had damage to the rear right at the fuel cap due to own fault. Was going to drive backwards in low visibility and therefore hit a pole. I wanted to have damage repaired by Buist and as new when picking it up, but a year later rust, rust and more rust in the same place. Went back to Buist with this complaint, but didn't want to resolve it. Even though I have to drive extra for damage, but never again Buist! Now minor damage to the car, but still go to Winschoten.
