Very bad thing! 11-piece Makita set ordered with 9 mboxes plus a slat cutter in 1 mbox. Only 9 mboxes were delivered. Obviously contacted, and the only thing you will hear is that everything has been sent. Subsequently sent an email three times, but there is not even a decent response. I advise everyone to go a step further instead of working with Toolsupply Delfzijl. This place stinks and smacks of scammers. Well, you are there when the chickens to respond ... says enough to me. More reviews complaining, similar. No response to the missing mbox, probably not even looked at ... Nice to have my address "exposed" but I have nothing to hide. Everyone should know where I live.

Perfect and clear communication, already paid order had to be canceled by Toolsupply due to force majeure, received a neat explanation by email and the money had already been refunded. Too bad for both of us, but it is no different. Handling it makes me happy again. Great class! mvg Jan

Due to illness I unfortunately did not hear from this company for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, no items were delivered either. Now I got my money back neatly + response back via email. I wish the owner every success in this difficult time. Best regards, Daan

Nice tools received but because toolsupply delfzijl is not a dealer, I advise him not. You miss extended warranty and dealer actions
