Worst Service Ever
None of the 2 telephone numbers are answered. In the meantime, several emails have already been sent and without result ....
If you cannot deliver on time, please let us know. On the website already 1 month "in progress" .... Product was available when I placed the order, so far nothing heard, just nothing saying reply via mail
I could order the same somewhere else and appeal to my 14 days reflection period, but if no one on the other side is agitated, this causes frustration ... => SO NEVER AGAIN
Friendly people and good service.
We came this afternoon with a little girl to have earrings put on, we had to wait a while because it was busy, but then ... we were great help, our daughter is very happy. Congratulations for the wonderful staff.
Making the watch smaller was very affordable. Any subsequent adjustment is free I was told. Friendly staff.
I once bought a watch that lost its glass or got condensation. I lost him a week for "repair" every time. Finally went to Voordewind, ready while you wait and never had any problems. Also bought a watch that turned out to have no battery. Staff does not check whether watches are doing when selling. A battery can never be installed while you wait, you always have to come back later (takes time and gas). Staff is also not always very friendly.
I much prefer going to Voordewind diagonally opposite. New batteries or new locks always ready while you wait, friendly man who takes the time.
