Flea market on the football fields of Borgharen. In previous years it was always busier, but now there are fortunately always enough parking spaces, the entrance is 2 euros per person and children up to 12 years pay nothing IF they are accompanied by paying.

Borgharen, the name of this village has often been in the news during the many times that there is high water in the Maas and the village was flooded. Nowadays there is a dike around Borgharen. And thanks to the Grensmaas activities, space has been created for the water mass at high water. It is a very quiet village partly because there is only 1 food shop. There is, however, a beautiful castle that is currently being restored by volunteers.
