What an unfriendly staff when my partner called for his watch strap to adjust it. The moment I called with the same question I can pay 15 euros for this. We are talking about a pin that needs to be moved. So this is a jeweler that I will not recommend. Then I call another jeweler and this nice lady says and I quote: "Come and see me, I'll do it for you". That is only service.
