I bought glasses at another store because it was cheap anyway but soon again to Chris top glasses bought good service and professional and friendly people thank you very much! If the ophthalmologists go there and say that it is a very good address, what more do you want?

My daughter dropped earrings here, she immediately wanted to know her ring size because her friend asked for it. She knew they could do that very simply here, but they didn't want to help her because they had no guarantee that a ring would be bought there.

Top shop, customer-friendly people, very professional, great service and also pleasant to deal with. What else do you want? I was looking for a rayban pair of glasses, but the same model that I wore for years and I was very satisfied with. Unfortunately this model was outdated and no longer available. The rayban catalog was added and three models looked a bit like my (old) glasses. I don't buy anything without actually seeing it, but it wasn't a problem. The frames were ordered, so that I could try on / fit them without any further obligations. That is what you call customer friendliness, not being difficult and trying to help the customer. The three glasses were present in no time and two of the three were great to me. I have taken them both, one for normal use and in addition sunglasses with corrective glasses. After a year I received a call asking if I wanted to come by for a free maintenance check. I have been wearing glasses for years and have bought glasses at various things but I had never experienced this before. Where do you get this service elsewhere, in my opinion, nowhere at least at Von Oy in Appingedam, a place you would like to return to. That's why we wrote this review. Due to the positive experiences, I have also decided to purchase new hearing aids from Von Oy. A review will follow shortly.
