Loer installed a frame with patio doors two years ago. Problems from day 1. The problem is that the doors are not wide enough. Probably a survey error or something similar. As a result of which doors do not close on the latch and cannot be locked. The experience with Loer is when there are problems they are not solved and agreements are not kept. Last week Loer visited again and Loer placed a longer latch in the lock. The doors close now but cannot be locked. For example, we have been working with Loer for two years now, which continuously uses lap materials but does not offer a real solution. The solution is simply placing 1 wider door or widening 1 of existing doors. After two years there is still no solution if you want to do business with Loer do not expect service in case of problems.
