Contacted the helpdesk of the Public Prosecutor and most probably talked to one of the trainees, I would have liked to receive information about a case. But that was unfortunately not possible, because I had to "do it before" now it could not be done anymore. Nice puh. How do I know that you should contact us sooner? From the local police officer who comes to inform citizens daily on the city square? Also told, that I got no help from the police and the answer was "yes uhh". I understood from her reaction that she did not feel like it, perhaps she had already had some unpleasant conversations for me. I wonder which contact centers in Maastricht use answers like the above. So they could unfortunately mean nothing to me and I had to contact the police again. Classic call center rejection, but I did not expect the OM. I had the idea that she wanted me to leave quickly, while I actually had questions. Written responses are only answered after months and of course never with name. Poor communication between the Public Prosecutor and the police, police officers often do not know how to interpret the explanation of the Public Prosecutor and the citizen is the victim of this and still gets a fine, because they can not do otherwise. Issues are not considered extensively, often not even taken seriously, suspects get too much protection, victim gets no information about things and mistakes can always be made, of course we are all human.
