Outrageous this !! I also received the same ridiculous email. You offer unlimited washing for € 10, so you should not come up with such emails afterwards or you should have clearly indicated it on your advertising. I am also not crazy about washing my car with STEEL BRUSH. The only reason is that it is cheap. Now I find out later that I can wash, dry and vacuum my car at Anac just as well for € 25. I think you are very false because you do not indicate on your advertising that you can wash x number of times so that is not called UNLIMITED washing, so you should not apply it that way !!

Advertise that you can wash your car UNLIMITED and then send an email stating: exceeding the 'normal consumer use'. This is absolutely neither professional nor business.

I have an unlimited subscription for washing, just got an email from you used the car wash more than 12 times a month, if it continues like this we will delete your account.
