Racists applied for a position within them and got an answer within 8 hours from Sandra stating the selection was “highly competitive” I don’t personally see what is highly competitive with customer service I worked in the field for the past 6 years and there is nothing competitive about it she tried to call me after I replied to her useless uneducated email but I owned her a** on the phone and hanged up. I read more reviews about the company after how they racially profile people and also make people work as slaves. Good thing I didn’t carry on cause we would have seen who would be who’s b*tch

So the job was advertised as with no previous experience needed in CSR. I thought I would go through usual tests during the interview, but they actually wanted people who already had a training in customer service and put me through two calls as if I already knew how to handle their customers with specific issues. Failed the first call as it took me by surprise but nailed the second one. The feedback they gave is basically that they just look at the age and they don't take young people (wondering what is their one month training for then ...) and that they want people with already experience (other companies doing the training for them then?). So, be trained before going to Mercedes even though they don't mention it and don't take seriously their feedback as they don't know what improving is, they just want the perfect CSR already trained and as old as their 50-60 years old clients because apparently being young doesn't imply that you can have a proper professional conversation with a middle age business man (the manager's words). Disappointed by their attitude and their arrogance regarding a brand who has tried to be more and more attractive to the young public in the last decade. I own a recent E-class, but apparently as I'm not a rich kid or an old business man, I'm not their target as a client and not the type of people they want in their company. Worst question: How old are you? Gave my age (in the 20s), interview was over for the manager as I'm too young (and deliberately explained during the feedback as if it was normal).

They say you don t need experience but they expect you to know everything.3 Meetings to qualify for this job waste of time.they want you to lick the a.. of the customer. If you don t then you are Not good enough for this job.Its only a call Center...would not recomend it...

Unpleasant experience with one of the assistants named Andrea. A little misunderstanding let to her harassing me and threatening my mother.. unacceptable
