Fantastic customer service. The employees we spoke to were not only interested in selling a product but actually helped us pick what we wanted, showing us several options and suggested alternatives. When we asked for a green stone in our ring they went out of their way to source one, (they even went and looked for another one when the first one wasn't to their liking.). Very happy with this store and would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for jewelry.

Replacing a pin of my watch strap without any costs. While I was not sure if I bought the watch there. Top service! Now 6 months later and because of the good experience I chose this case again. I recently went here to have a battery in my watch replaced. When picking up I was informed that the price was 12.50 euros! When I asked why it is so expensive, she replied that they had also cleaned the watch. I had not asked for that but I thought; "don't make things difficult for them, even in difficult times". When I got home I discovered that 1 hand is loose. I will call you back. Their response is; "That's a coincidence, too bad for you! It was an old watch anyway so the risk is there!" On my comment that I thought this was strange and not tidy because they had cleaned the watch without being asked, she denied cleaning it! Eventually, after insistence on my part, she wanted to iron her heart and have the watch repaired and we have to pay 20 euros for that. If it becomes more expensive, it is their responsibility. I am still outraged that this is possible. My watch may not have been a top brand, but it was not garbage and about 5 years old. Just have a battery replaced for 12.50 euros and get a broken watch in return. In any case, I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone.
