The history of operation Market Garden has been very well preserved, and this is a prime example of this. We were following the route the jeeps took (the tunnel is slightly further along) and came across this. The trenches are behind a fence, but you can go around the fence by following it. Well worth the extra effort to see just what the small trenches/Fox holes were like.
