The first contact and the experiences were positive. Until due to a misunderstanding, to which I was to blame (Anac overwritten my contact details), Anac broke open the storage I rented and cleared my belongings (of financial and emotional value) without informing me before or afterwards. am. And then they also tried to recover the costs of the cull from me. Incomprehensible, too scandalous for words and absurdly stylish. I therefore strongly advise against becoming a customer of this company and this location!
Car wash is ok but storage is horribly bad. They lock everything up as soon as you are a day or two late with a payment, send reminder threats, just ridiculous. Very bad customer service with unfriendly employees.

Extremely customer-unfriendly ladies at the reception. When you enter they don't even look at you. Then one of them said that they had more things to do and that from now on I would have to deliver my package somewhere else (I came for the DHL point). I can't figure out how to treat a customer so rude. I am talking in particular about the lady of around 50 years old. It is better to lose bad staff ... Normally satisfied with the ANAC laundry service.

What a crappy ladies who work there. When you arrive at 5:30, you are not even looked at and you are actually looked away from the store by the ladies. They have a note on the door that you can drop off until halfway while online is up to 6am. After a lot of effort and discussion, the ladies still wanted to work, they were very busy
