The 'next day delivery' is a scam. I did not get the item the next day, it took them almost 2 days to tell me that the item I ordered will be available in one week. The item is still advertised on their website with next day delivery. What a shame.

Didn't get part of my order (kneebrace), and when I e-mailed them about it after, I was ignored. EDIT: All4fysio has fittingly rectified this misunderstanding and offered a solution, therefore changing this review to 3 stars

It is not right. You order item that is in stock with promise delivery next day. Then you just don't hear anything at all. After a few days I contacted myself by email. No answer. Then call: Vague answer that people think it might arrive in two weeks. Repayment is promised the same day, which is after 3 days. I am not impressed.
