Case with very bad service. Bought two pairs of children's shoes, with a zipper torn off after three times. Can always happen once, but after repair the costs were passed on to us. No compensation whatsoever in this. In terms of friendliness and service (also fitting the shoes) we have much better experiences with Pieds sur Terre and Theuntje children's shoes in Heerlen. We will never come here again.
