Super good and friendly help. Also the shoes are top. They still look very nice. Have not been carnival with them. Have not played football with it in the sandbox or playground. I just read a review 3 years ago. Some people cannot handle fancy items. Now she is angry and she stuffs her child full of sugar and from now on goes to Hudson Bay🤣or the bargain for farm clogs👟

After 2 weeks the shoes started to fray at the top, Mrs went back. I proposed to buy the same shoes with a discount in anticipation of ..... After having heard nothing for a long time, I contacted myself, she says casually that she will not be reimbursed and that she has given 30% as compensation on the other couple. I really do not agree with this. In other words, paying 2 pairs, 1 pair is the opposite motto. We no longer have the shoes that we have brought back, we have paid them.

Here also an annoying experience with this store. We were with our son for new shoes. Since the weather was warm, he had his flip flops on and his normal shoes out of hand. After hesitating for a long time, we still bought shoes, assuming that the size was one size larger than his current shoes. Otherwise we wouldn't need a new one. Had extensive consultation about this with the saleswoman. When we got home it turned out that we had bought the same size, unfortunately. Immediately called the store that the size turned out not to be the right one and a size larger was needed. One size larger was not available in the store, but we received a gift voucher instead of money back. Very non-customer friendly. The nice woman in the shop turned out to be less nice than expected, and she changed like a leaf on a tree. We are also not from the area at all, so fobbing off with a gift voucher is not neat (and I don't think it's even allowed). Long story short ... bad service, unkind friendly.

Dear reader, We have, unfortunately, a less pleasant experience at this store. We have purchased shoes for an amount of 100. These shoes showed reasonable wear after a week. After two weeks, the shoes looked like they were three months old. When purchasing the shoes, our daughter was very proud of her shoes. Because of this pride, she is careful with it, hence she did not like that the shoes showed wear so quickly. Because we found this wear to go quickly, we decided to go back to the store to look at the wear together. We were under the assumption that the store would notice this wear and would accommodate us with: - an apology to us and perhaps the announcement to the manufacturer that this pair of shoes has a lower quality. - have a comparable shoe of good quality selected. - an allowance of 100 (such as a discount voucher, refund of the amount or part thereof) The conversation, a store monologue revealed that this wear can only occur due to abnormal use. We have been buying shoes for years and we are not going to complain if the shoe is worn out after a considerable period of time due to intensive use. We are disappointed and are now going to eat a delicious ice cream with our daughter, then we will choose shoes at another store. We will no longer make a purchase at Piedi d'oro e pui. Very customer-friendly when purchasing, not open to reason when criticizing quality.
