Very sympathetic and helpful. Nice shoes of good quality.
Crappy service. Shoes are broken after less than 2 months. Answer shoes are not done properly, we have (store) bad experience with our supplier of Adidas, if the shoes were from a different brand, then there was no problem. You can expect the shoe to have cost € 100. Why warranty, you will be treated very unfriendly and unprofessional. I will never buy anything here again.
Maxime's explanation doesn't make any sense at all. The shoes are put on in a normal way with the laces being tied. I think they get away with it this way. Anyway ..... was the first and also the last time.

Have already ordered shoes online a number of times and always delivered super fast and correctly, they have a nice collection with good children's and women's shoes, in short, highly recommended! We also liked the visit to the store in Maastricht. (all feet measured again)
Last week I ordered Timberland shoes via the website and the delivery was neatly on time. There was even a handwritten message in the shoe box, super thoughtful! The shoes were also considerably discounted. I am satisfied and would definitely order here again.
