Terrible customer service. I ordered shoes in the store, paid the full price and after not receiving the confirmation email I expect came back to ask- was assured it was fine but just taking longer than usual. After three visits and twelve days I was told the order had been placed wrong and that they couldn't get the product at all (same shoes were in store- I just needed a different size). Long story short- you're better off going to Hudson's Bay where the Timberland section have the products and better service.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes online, was sent the wrong size, no apologies or reasonable solution to the situation. Very dissappointing.
