Bought a large item at a branch on the harbor street and used the free trailer service for app users. Unfortunately, it all takes a while before you can finally drive away. Pick up a receipt at Boels counter, scan the app, go to the till, scan the app. Uncertainty about the costs ... not free, yes free up to max. 2 hours ... docking outside, ride back and forth took 40 minutes, return to the Boels counter, to the till, scan the app. ..... and then say that only the deposit was free and if I wanted to pay 38 euros for the rent. Discussions back and forth, no it is now free again ... pfff what a frustration to get an article of 2 m long at home.
