No contact, no response to e-mail, SMS and telephone is standard on voicemail and never calls back. Orders a bed and receive 1x answer, only briefly "will be delivered Jan 26", however, afterwards you will not receive any inquiries about a time slot or something similar, not even via the 2 telephone numbers, not via SMS and not via e-mail, and not via Whatsapp just no some reaction! Then leave that bed in place does not give much confidence if I have the product at home and have questions about it. Fortunately, payment afterwards was chosen! And then respond here to a bad review, but damage to the box spring reported via WhatsApp that I sent immediately upon receipt, I do not get any response, but that is not public of course? According to my son the bed is good, but that is the only positive, no manual for assembly or maintenance at the bed, and no contact in any way, just a comment here for the buhne!

At first I became unfairly suspicious because I had called twice and the answer was not immediately followed by a nice call back 3 hours later and received a confirmation email. Fulfilled all promises and listened to my wishes. Nice employee. And of course the most important thing I sleep well 😁

Received the bed quickly. Bed is nice. Only drawback was that the headboard was very difficult on the speakers. We had to do something about this ourselves. For the rest, I am very happy with it!

Delivered within a few weeks and super contact. I woke up rested again, heavenly. Recommended!

Onlangs eetkamer stoelen besteld. Ze zitten heerlijk en passen perfect bij het interieur!
