Above and beyond in their customer service standards. Quickly shipped the order, also very responsive to emails and questions . Definitely best pet shop in Netherlands to buy from.

I have never had such a good service as with this company. Bought a dog bed that would be very sturdy, but after 1 week there were already holes in it so contacted by mail. Immediate reaction and also a solution was offered. In the short term received a beautiful new basket on the advice of Linda and the old basket was neatly collected. I know where to place my order next time! Thanks again Linda for the great service !!!!
